- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Monty in Moscow. DESCRIPTION: A Russian airliner brought Lord Montgomery from Paris. The famous Field Marshal was on a private visit to Moscow. At the airport, Marshal Sokolovsky, Chief of Staff of the Soviet Armed Forces, led the impressive reception. Next day, Lord Montgomery was received in the Kremlin by Mr Khrushchev.
