DESCRIPTION: It is Winter carnival season in Quebec and from ferry boats on the St Lawrence, well armoured against the cold, our cameramen saw a spectacular ice-boat race. At night, the Carnival Parade. But what a contrast to carnivals as we usually think of them: instead of warm sunshine, there is a snow fall with temperatures way below zero! SHOTLIST: Girls on float.
