- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Lord Mayors Show. DESCRIPTION: The theme of the Show was the Territorial Army, celebrating its Golden Jubilee, this year. A Khaki parade, featuring the men of 1914-1918, and Ole Bill, a grand old veteran that carried troops to that war. Then, escorted by Pikemen of the HAC, the Lord Mayor’s coach drew up at the Law Courts. The new Lord Mayor is Sir Harold Gillett. SHOTLIST: MS coach comes through street (key). GV parade. TS same.
