Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Duke With the Scouts. DESCRIPTION: A thousand Queen’s Scouts were on parade at Windsor Castle. The Duke of Edinburgh had a friendly chat with Scouts from many parts of the Commonwealth and a special word of encouragement for handicapped Scouts, unable to parade.
