Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Epiphany Day in Cyprus. DESCRIPTION: Epiphany Day takes a special form in Cyprus. Heading a procession to Kyrenia harbour, a Bishop took a small cross for the traditional ceremony of baptism. SHOTLIST: Long shot of Kyrenia Church. Shots of procession on its way to harbour. Various shots of priests and bishop as they walk through the streets. Shots at the harbour. Shots of the Cross being lowered into the sea, a boy dives in after it and brings it back again, and hands it to the bishop.
