MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: War Memorial Unveiled. DESCRIPTION: In Delhi, Dr Prasad, the Indian President arrived to unveil the War Memorial. The mounted Bodyguard took its place alongside men of the Queen’s Own Cameron Highlanders and the Royal Air Force. The Commonwealth is largely responsible for this memorial to men of the Royal Indian Services. SHOTLIST: President’s body guard. Books of the cemetery. Queen’s Own Cameron Highlanders and a detachment of the RAF march past to take up their positions. Various shots of troops lined up and spectators seated in foreground.
