MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Queen at Film Show. DESCRIPTION: The Royal Film Performance at the Odeon, Leicester Square was attended by the Queen, Prince Philip and Princess Alexandra. Her Majesty was received by Lord Rank, President of the Cinematograph Trade Benevolent Fund. Mr Ralph Bromhead, Chairman of the Fund, was presented. And Sir Philip Warter, it’s Trustee. Cecil B de Mille, the famous producer was also there. Many famous stars were presented. Les Girls was the film selected for this glittering, starry occasion, at which the Cinema World was honoured by Her Majesty’s attendance. SHOTLIST: GV crowds outside Odeon, Leicester Square.
