MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Latest Type of Life Boat. DESCRIPTION: On board the liner Sylvania, is shown the latest type of inflatable life-raft. American jet pilots are given special training in escaping from their cockpits under water. A motor cycle flotilla introduces a new approach to the Cop on the Beat. A road patrol has been blazing the trail to Moscow, preparing the way for British tourists. A training ground has been opened in Frankfurt, so that motorists can brush up their road safety. SHOTLIST: New types of inflatable rubber dinghy being tested aboard ship, and in water. ENGLISH TOURISTS IN USSR - CARD 71277 An AA van drives through Moscow streets. The van from the AA organisation is there to test out the streets for british car tourists.
