- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Queen at Sandhurst. DESCRIPTION: A ceremonial parade for the visit of the Queen who presented new Colours. 800 Officer Cadets were on parade. The chief ceremony at Guildford (celebrating the 700th anniversary of the granting of it’s first charter) was the presentation of a traditional plum cake by the High Steward of Guildford (Lord Onslow) at the Guildhall.
