MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Christmas Is Coming. DESCRIPTION: London in common with Britain’s other big cities never leave any doubt about the approach of Christmas. Gay street decorations and festive illuminations are the sure signs of the season. Meanwhile, preparations have been going on for weeks in the production of Christmas cards. Father Christmas, of course, has to be everywhere at once. He even keeps an eye on the turkeys, to see that they’re all in good shape. The shop windows are powerful magnets that lure the kids inside to get a close up of all the marvellous things on sale.
