It’s the Charlemagne Prize, awarded by the City and presented by the Mayor, in recognition of Sir Winston’s outstanding services to European Unity at Caen Barracks at Hohne, where the 4th Queen’s Own Hussars were on parade for inspection by Sir Winston, Colonel of the Regiment.
