DESCRIPTION: When Winter comes in Britain, there’s no mistaking about it, snow has been falling in many places in the Eastern Counties from North to South. SHOTLIST: GVs Hampstead Heath with toboggans etc. CU snow packed cars with snow all over. CU man wipes snow from windscreen. Moving shot from car windscreen. SCU car in ditch.
