MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Williamsburg Award to Sir Winston. DESCRIPTION: In the Draper’s Hall, London, the first Williamsburg Award was made - Williamsburg, the 18th century capital of the colony of Virginia. It takes the form of a Town Crier’s Bell. It was presented by Mr Winthrop Rockefeller to Sir Winston Churchill. SHOTLIST: GV and high angle shot of Draper’s Hall interior and guests at tables. CU section of guests. CU the Williamsburg Bell.
