Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Grand National. DESCRIPTION: The conditions were ideal for the race, which had the smallest field since 1920. The favourite, and last years winner, ‘Golden Miller’ fell at the eleventh fence’. The race finish with ‘Reynoldstown’ first, ‘Blue Print’ second and ‘Thomond’ third. SHOTLIST: CU Mr Lyle speaking.
