MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: San Sebastian Cross Country Race. DESCRIPTION: In spite of the absence of Gordon Pirie, the English Cross-Country team won the International event at San Sebastian in Spain. Frank Sando was the individual winner. SHOTLIST: The march past of the competitors. The start. GV course and numerous runners (towards the camera). GVs first lap showing the Scottish runner, Binnie leading (no 8). CU Sando the English man taking the lead in the fourth lap. Winner number 1 Sando seen finishing. CU Sando trying on the laurels for size.
