Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Fighting Insects After Floods. DESCRIPTION: Pools of stagnant water left by the recent floods in Austria and Bavaria have become a breeding ground for gnats and mosquitoes. Special smog machines have been used to spray the affected area with insecticides. SHOTLIST: Lorry with spraying apparatus spraying trees. Man holding nozzle of pipe and spraying houses. Boys running in and out of the spray. Several shots of spraying woods.
