MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Sick Pow’s Return By Air. DESCRIPTION: Flying in to Lyneham airfield, in Wiltshire, came the first British ex-POW’s to reach home since the Korean Armistice. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Plane on ground. Doors open to show stretcher cases inside. Relatives waiting. POW on stretcher brought down. Placed in ambulance. Interior, POWs in bed. Five other wounded men, but able to walk come across airfield. CU each, Rifleman Sullivan, Rifleman Conner, Lance Corporal Spence, Lance Corporal Massey and Rifleman Wade. Sullivan kissed by two girls.
