MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Queen Mother & Princess Margaret Continue Southern Rhodesia Tour. DESCRIPTION: Flashes from the Royal tour of Southern Rhodesia include the visit by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret to the small town of Gwelo. They travelled on in the Ivory Train to Umtali, where a large number of school-children had gathered to welcome them. The Queen Mother was without Princess Margaret when she visited the famous Zimbabwe ruins. Finally, a ceremonial parade by the Rhodesian African Rifles, to whom Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother presented new Colours. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS.
