DESCRIPTION: Mr Eccles (Minister of Works) was on hand at Lincoln to see a demonstration of the speedy construction of pre-fabricated houses, to be exported to Canada and America. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Houses being built. Mr Eccles blows whistle to signal work to commence. Workers rush across to start work. Various shots of houses under construction. Houses completed in eight hours. Eccles congratulates men. (Pre-Fab Timber).
