DESCRIPTION: Preparations for the Chelsea Arts Ball are well advanced, with students in many London schools of Art working away with tremendous energy and enthusiasm. Meanwhile, a couple of music hall artists at Dusseldorf have perfected a first-class parlour trick for Christmas gatherings. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Students working on models.
