Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rome Fire Fighters. DESCRIPTION: Men training in Rome to be firemen have to jump from six floors up every day for four months, and that’s certainly a good way of learning, provided, of course, that their comrades remember to turn up with something to catch them in. SHOTLIST: Shot of firefighters going up a ladder with ladder on his shoulder. MCU of fire fighter putting the ladder which was on his shoulder on top of the ladder he is standing on. LS of several fire-fighters going up ladders. TPS of fire-fighters coming up ladders and going into a window. MCU of fire-fighters carrying men on their backs going down the ladders. Shots of the fire-fighters jumping out the window into a safety net held by other fire-fighters. TPS of fire-fighter jumping into safety net.
