MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: William Freise-Greene Honoured. DESCRIPTION: At Brighton, where the late William Freise-Greene lived and (you might say) started the film industry. With his third son, Graham, Michael Redgrave inspected the workshop, where Freise-Greene invented the Magic Box. On behalf of the British Film Industry, he later unveiled a memorial tablet on the wall of the house. SHOTLIST: 20b. Middle Street Brighton the home of the above where his first film was invented.
