MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Frenchmen Captures Welter Title. DESCRIPTION: At Porthcawl, ten thousand people saw Charles Humez of France beat Eddie Thomas on points over fifteen rounds. Beside; losing his European crown, Thomas also lost the chance of going for the World title, for the time being at any rate. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. SCU boxers active in ring. Crowds (in rain).
