MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Korea - United Nations Continue the Task. Australian Recruits for Korea. DESCRIPTION: The debate at Lake Success where Sir Gladwyn Jebb comments on North Korean aggression. In Australia a special force is recruited to fight under the United Nations’ flag in Korea. In Sydney, stores are loaded aboard the destroyer Warramunga before leaving for Korean waters. Superforts attack Seoul also the munitions centre of Hungnam in North Korea. SHOTLIST: KS. CU UNO emblem. GV UNO seated at Lake Success, SCU of Malik & Russian party. MS Sir Gladwyn Jebb. SCU Jebb. Recruits being X-rayed. Blood pressure being taken. Doctor examines their teeth.
