If the King’s decision to transfer rights to his son had not been taken, the march would have meant civil war throughout Belgium. SHOTLIST: KS. Crowds on the march. Various shots of thousands of anti-royalists in dock area and marching to Place Albert. Charleroi. Elevated GV thousands in square being addressed by several speakers including M Gailly. Brussels - Leaders of all parties leave for Laeken Palace, Spaak among them. Cars driven off & arrive at Palace.
