MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Meet the FA Cup Finalists. DESCRIPTION: Liverpool footballers get in some hard training, in preparation for the coming cup final. Also at Liverpool’s ground is Joe Mercer (the Arsenal Captain) who lives in the city. The rest of the Arsenal team train at Brighton under the direction of Mr Whittaker, the manager. SHOTLIST: KS. Liverpool team walk past camera. Team running round perimeter of football field. Few exercise with football. Mr Kay stands in centre of group. Close-ups Baron, Lambert, Fagan, Bob Paisley, Hughes, Done, Spicer, Shepherd, Jones, Sidlow, Balmer, Taylor, Payne, Stubbins, Liddel. Group look at Liverpool FA brochure.
