Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Crazy People Make News. DESCRIPTION: At Miami Beach, Florida, a comedy diving troupe entertains Miami Beachers with an assortment of athletic lunacy while in Hollywood other maniacs go skiing on bikes. SHOTLIST: KS. Comedians in craziest of clothing appear over railing of promenade. Various shots of crazy diving, from high springboard into pool below, taken from various angles. The above is at Miami Beach. Ski-jumping (with jump broken in the middle) on skis. Skier turns somersault & lands on the second part of the jump, but almost loses balance, sitting down to finish run. Cyclist tries same thing only lands in pool of water, 2 shots. Another, man runs along springboard & jumps over five elephants standing side by side, the man turning several somersaults.
