MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cricket Tuition En Masse. DESCRIPTION: Cricket instruction for cricket coaches at Alleyn Court Prep School, Westcliff-on-Sea. Among the tutors at the school were Peter Smith (Essex and England) and HP Crabtree of Essex. SHOTLIST: KS. Mass shot of players in practice. Interior - Peter Smith lectures pupils. Exterior - mass practice by pupils, being given tuition under Crabtree, cut-in of Crabtree demonstrating & pupils following, cut-in girl pupil bending over. Bowling also practice. Interior - Wilcox bowls to his son who plays the ball every time.
