Interior - Duke with Frank Owen (Daily Mail Editor) take places on stage amid applause. Mr Frank Owen announces the Duke, applause, Duke addresses the Forum. Attlee standing speaking (silent). Various shots of foreign delegates & dominion delegates being asked questions by Lionel Gamlin & Leslie Mitchell, they in turn answering.
