Summary
The Fourth Indian division smash through the Gothic Line. Germans surrender. Italian refugees return to their homes. Bad conditions caused by copious mud and rain make the going slow and difficult for the advancing Eighth Army. (Soldiers try to push a tank through the mud, lay logs across the quagmire to walk on. Wounded are carried through mud on sledges.) Gurkhas cross the swollen River Ronco with mules.
