MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Wind Tunnel Test for US Naval Pilots. DESCRIPTION: At Philadelphia, Naval pilots are put through a test, similar to that which they would experience if baling out of plane travelling at 350 mph. SHOTLIST: KS Pilot climbs into cockpit of plane. CU pilot with helmet on. Plane takes off and in flight at speed. LS aerial pilot bales out and falling to earth on parachute. Interior - pilot takes seat in wind tunnel and holds in his hand the control which regulates the air. Several close ups of man’s face during terrific pressure of air.
