MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Palestine/Israel Incident. DESCRIPTION: Wreckage of the RAF plane shot down by the Jews over Egyptian territory. Pilot Officer David Tattersfield was accorded full military honours by the Israeli Government when he was buried at Ramleh Military Cemetery. SHOTLIST: KS Wreckage of RAF fighter plane. Several shots of same, also being inspected. Coffin carried from building, placed on lorry, funeral cortege passes along country road. CU sign Ramleh Military Cemetery. Procession walk towards graveside. Officers of British, USA, Israel, Egypt, etc. airforce in procession. Coffin being lowered. Salute being fired. Funeral of Pilot Officer David Tattersfield.
