MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Master Mariners’ New Hq. DESCRIPTION: The inverted sloop Wellington is brought up the Thames to be berthed at Temple Stairs. Abroad ship, Sir Frederick Bowhill looks over same. SHOTLIST: KS Wellington up river, shot from bridge. Ditto. Wellington - converted sloop - passes under Cannon Street Railway Bridge, little clearance.
