Shots of Burmese types outside embassy. Interior - GV of meeting. SCU Sir Maung Gyee, Ambassador Designate addressing meeting. Cut-ins of Burmese types listening - male and female. Sir Stafford Cripps walks up to platform, speaks about Burma. GV as french windows are opened and few walk onto balcony. Lowering of the above flag and hoisting of Burmese flag (five star).
