MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Speedway Championship - Wembley. DESCRIPTION: The Sunday Dispatch Speedway Championship was held at Wembley and was won by Jack Parker. SHOTLIST: KS Cyclists lined up for start. SCU Vic Duggan on his bike. GV crowds cheering. Start of race, motor cyclists speeding round dirt track. Panning shots of same. Start of race with two in - Jack Parker (with scarf) and Bill Kitchen. Shots of them speeding round course, reckless riding. Parker gets good lead and wins. MS of him receiving cup from Lord Mayor of London - Sir Bracewell Smith. Shakes hands with Lord Mayor and also Mr Eade, Editor of Sunday Dispatch. CU Parker holding cup. MS Parker riding round course after displaying the cup. Cut-ins of crowds. All night material, except crowd shots.
