MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tudor II Crashes. DESCRIPTION: The Tudor II aircraft crashed immediately after take off at Woodford airfield, Cheshire. Amongst those killed was famous aircraft designer Roy Chadwick. SHOTLIST: KS Aerial of the above aerodrome. Several aerial shots of spot where plane crashed, shows same wrecked, partly in pond. LS of wreckage on ground around the pond and clump of trees. Aerial of same. LIBRARY - SCU Roy Chadwick climbs from partly finish fuselage of Lancaster bomber followed by Managing Director Dobson of AV Roe mix to SV aerial of Lancasters in flight.
