MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Major Collins Kidnapping. DESCRIPTION: The search for Major Collins, kidnapped from a house in Jerusalem, was very thorough. When the Major was found he was seriously wounded and had suffered much ill-treatment. SHOTLIST: KS GV Major Collins’ house. Ditto. Exterior shots of Collins’ house, travelling shot along balcony and down steps. Troops search houses, guarding narrow street. Elevated shot of kids playing in streets. Troops enter houses, guard standing outside. Interior shot of troops looking under beds etc. Judge Windham returns to his home, shots of him entering same and talking (silent) to friends outside. CU Windham.
