MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: UNO Security Council Checks Filming. DESCRIPTION: At a recent meeting of the Security Council filming was halted by the Chairman, Mr Makin of Australia. SHOTLIST: KS CU UNO’s symbol. Elevated shot of Security Council sitting. MS Mr Stettinius, Mr Vyshinsky and Mr Gromyko, Mr Bevin and Mr Byrnes. Mr Makin (Australia) speaks about filming of Security Council while in session. Mr Bevin says "the lights are a nuisance etc". Cut-ins of Security Council seated. MS Mr Makin asking the cameramen to turn out the lights.
