MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: German Refugee Problem. DESCRIPTION: In Berlin, as in other parts of Europe, they are tackling the refugee problem. With winter coming people need at least a roof over their heads and something to eat. SHOTLIST: KS German refugees marching through streets. Various shots of barbed wire encampments, shows refugees seated on ground, some drinking soup, others talking amongst themselves. CU types. Dried leaves hanging on barbed wire, this they smoke as tobacco. Various shots of crowd boarding train, climbs all over the carriages, train starts on journey and out of camera. In Berlin being marched off to several places where they are going to live. Various shots of them going through streets.
