Amongst the prospective MPs seen are Herbert Morrison, Brendan Bracken, Edith Summerskill and Sir William Beveridge. Mr Churchill on a tour visits Coventry and Birmingham. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Houses of Parliament. Inside Stepney Town Hall, Mr Attlee hands in his £150.00 nomination fee. CU Attlee, pan to right. CU Mr Edwards (Communist), Mr Woodward (Conservative). Mr Morrison arrives at his election rooms in East Lewisham, outside Lewisham Town Hall, SCU Morrison. CU Brendan Bracken. CU General Mason McFarlane, his opponent at Paddington. Various shots of Mrs Mavis Tate, addressing factory workers at Frome (silent). SCU & CU of her talking into mike (silent). CU Dr Edith Summerskill, contesting West Fulham.
