Patrols have to be carried out by boat and there is no possibility of digging in. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Various shots of British troops wading through flooded areas. Shots of soldiers laying telephone wire. Patrols set out in canoe, shots of same out of camera. GV of surrounding flooded country.
