- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Japs Raid New Guinea Dump. DESCRIPTION: A Japanese hit on an American Air Force Base produced a spectacular oil blaze. The damage was not nearly as bad as it appeared, Australian infantry men help to roll barrels of fuel clear of the blaze. SHOTLIST: Cut story - GS of anti-aircraft gun, LS from ground of Jap planes in formation, AA crew run to their gun, GS in action, firing of gun, & CU muzzle as it swings past camera. Elevated shots of burning fuel tanks, also various shots of black smoke rising. MS of Aussies rolling fuel tanks to safety, also forming chain & passing smaller tanks. Rolling same into camera.
