MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Do You Remember. DESCRIPTION: Do you remember the good old days when travel was permitted and seaside holidays were enjoyed by many. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Several posters advertising the seaside, station crowded, & train & people (trick photography) all moving at double speed, trains leaving & arriving also. Various aerial shots of seaside beaches, showing them packed with people. Various shots of people seated in deck-chairs, lying on beaches. CU Child eating ice cream cornet, also of Jack Cotter eating cockles. Various mixes of fun-fairs, scenic railway, bumper cars etc. Crowded roads with cars, various & CU signpost. Several night shots of Piccadilly, pre-war, & also aerial shots of same. MS of several girls in bathing costumes, lying on ground.
