SHOTLIST: Cut story - Shot of "Thrasher" coming into camera - SV. Crew of "Thrasher" being inspected by Mayor of Shoreditch & Lt Mackenzie. Interior shots Town Hall showing Mackenzie unveiling plaque, also receiving one from Mayor which is to be put in submarine. CU of plaque. Elevated shots of hall showing various sailors taking bow. Mackenzie receives from Mayor freedom of Shoreditch, he then gives a speech (Mackenzie). CU of same.
