Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: US Bolster Gate to China. DESCRIPTION: Planes, tanks, guns and ammunition are sent into China to help Chiang Kai Shek maintain his five year old struggle against Japan. SHOTLIST: American arms, planes, tanks bound for China across Tibet. Transport includes camel caravans, plane replacements carts, and lorries. American troops sauntering through streets, and the church etc. The American soldiers gather round a snake charmer. One gets too near. Tanks on train. Tank on a crane. Unloading supplies at the docks. Good shots of a camel caravan. CUs of American troops and several CUs of types of Chinese pilots. One gets into his cockpit of plane (CU).
