- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Women War Workers. DESCRIPTION: The problem of who will look after the children allowing married women to work in the factories is solved by a creche. SHOTLIST: Mrs Doris Hare leaves her house with her baby girl, Doris Jnr. on her way to work she calls at the Creche and leaves the baby. Mrs Hare clocks on at her job. Meanwhile baby Doris plays in a sand pit and eats with other children. Mrs Hare works on lathe. In Canteen eating to the accompaniment of the concert party. Various shots of women at work. Leaving factory and collecting baby. Arrives home.
