Summary
Pathe synopsis: Waddesdon Manor near Aylesbury, Bucks., is one of Britain’s least publicised stately homes. Yet it boasts a priceless collection of works of art - and a touch of the exotic too: an aviary. The National Trust now maintain Waddesdon, and the aviary, recently restored to its original Victorian design, houses scores of tropical birds.
