Summary

Pathe synopsis: ... but it takes nerves of steel and split-second reflexes to get behind the wheel of a dragster. Drag racing is a top speed sport in America, and fast catching on in Britain too. At the Santa Pod raceway in Wellingborough a US team blast-off for a jet speed duel with British drivers. Their skeletal dragsters reach speeds of up to 200 mph and cover the quarter-mile lap in seconds. Only a parachute can stop them.
