- Pathe synopsis: Making sure that one old Cockney tradition doesn’t die is Irishman Terry O’Doherty. He is carrying on a family business by producing costermonger’s barrows in his Covent Garden workshop, and at his home in Hertfordshire. But conveyor-belt techniques are out. His assistants bring bygone artistry to bear on the barrows they make, down to the last intricate hand-carved scroll on the wheels.
