- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Our story gets off to a thunderous start with a noisy demonstration of a Khyber-pass-age carbine - a prelude to an antique armoury with enough ancient firearms, spears and home-made guns to re-stage all the battles of the past. Historians become gunsmiths at the National Army Museum at Camberley to keep their store of weapons in working order. We also see the bones of Napoleon’s favourite horse and the manoeuvrable toy soldiers used to teach tactics to cadets.
